TPC Sawgrass

Designed by Pete Dye and opened in 1980, TPC Sawgrass was initially maligned by the players. Following some major tweaks over the years, the current course barely resembles the original scruffy look and feel of the original. Nevertheless, with drama-packed holes including 16, 18 and the nightmare-inducing par-3 17th, TPC Sawgrass has achieved a level of fame few courses ever dream of.
